Dissolve 1 package of yeast in 2/3c. warm water.

Stir until dissolved.

Add sugar.

Stir until dissolved.

Add flour.

Mix with hands adding small amounts of water if needed until dough consistency.

Let rise in a warm place for 1 hour.

When risen, cover the surface with a small amount of oil, and your hands, then pull the edges into a ball.

Keep folding the edges of the dough under itself and pushing the ball upwards until a consistent ball forms.

Place in an oiled (cast iron) frying pan, covered, on low heat until a golden brown color forms, appx. 15 minutes.

Flip and do the same to the other side, appx. 15 minutes.
